I have found the answer to my natural hair combing troubles. It works like magic. Pure magic. I have tried detangling my hair with only coconut oil but even though coconut oil is great for hair, the results were far from satisfactory to me. I then had to add other ingredients to the coconut oil and come up with my own detangling spray. After applying it on my hair, I could COMB THROUGH my hair. I mean, I just kept combing away! I was so happy. My once very stubborn hair can now be combed through. Praaaaaise the Lord!
If you have natural hair, I am sure this detangler will work too for you. It consists of ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. I plan on using it on my kids hair too when I take out their braids. No more purchasing of hair detanglers for me. I can now use the money on other things like ice cream and fresh coconut. Ha.

This detangling spray is made up just water, extra virgin coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
A quarter cup warm water
Put all ingredients in a spray bottle and shake well. Spray on hair, massage to make sure it gets in. Detangle hair first with your fingers then use a wide tooth comb and comb your matted hair away.
Before each use, place bottle in slightly hot water for about two minutes. This helps the coconut oil melt if it is clotted. Shake well then use.
I hope you find this detangling spray helpful as much as do!
One step at a time, dear. It will get better.
Thanks for sharing. I hope my natural hair journey gets better…

My natural hair has been malnutritioned for a long time. It scares me to comb it. This should work for me. Thanks.
We can use and keep what's left in the spray bottle for next regimen. Right?
I hope it works for you as it did for me, Tessy.
