Succulent rich garlicky herby chicken marinated with an insanely good mayonnaise marinade. You'll want to put this Mayonnaise Chicken on your weekly dinner rotation. So good!
In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, white pepper, dried thyme, dried basil, onion powder, and chicken bouillon powder.
Rub the mayonnaise mixture all over the chicken ensuring it gets to every nook and cranny of the chicken. Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge up to overnight or for at least 2 hours.
Set the oven to low broil. Place the chicken skin side down on a large, greased baking sheet.
Broil for 30 minutes, take out the baking sheet and flip the chicken to be skin side up. Broil for another 10 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite side dish.

Notes
1. If your chicken is significantly bigger than 4 pounds (maybe close to five pounds), add a pinch of salt to the salt the recipe calls for. This will help ensure that the chicken is properly seasoned.2. I recommend setting your oven to low broil instead of bake. Broiling cooks the chicken at a higher heat and roasts it instead of baking it, making it taste like it was grilled on the grill outside.3. You can use other chicken parts like wings, drumsticks or quarters for this recipe.4. After making this recipe several times, I have found that the marinating time makes ALL the difference. If you cook the chicken immediately after seasoning it, it will be too salty on the outside but lack flavor on the inside. If you let it marinate overnight in the fridge, it will be well-seasoned throughout. I suggest marinating for at least 2 hours in the fridge so the chicken can soak up the flavors. Please don't skip the marinating time.
